The visit was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Firas Abdul Hamid Abdul Latif, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Laith Mohammed Ayash, Head of the University Psychological Counseling Unit, along with several faculty members.
During the visit, the committee reviewed the most prominent counseling, educational, and awareness programs implemented by the unit throughout the 2025–2026 academic year. The committee also examined the unit’s achievements in the fields of psychological and educational counseling, student support, and the organization of seminars, workshops, and awareness activities aimed at strengthening the university environment and promoting students’ psychological and social well-being.
The committee praised the efforts exerted by the College Deanship and the University Psychological Counseling Unit, commending the high level of organization, follow-up, and quality programs provided. These efforts contribute significantly to supporting students and enhancing psychological and educational counseling services within the educational institution, thereby reinforcing the quality of the academic environment and supporting the university’s educational mission.
